Extremely friendly reception staff, Nursing staff always efficient and professional. Great package deals on offer to ensure your are able to affordably look after your pet. The practice was able to give my puppy an appointment for his first vaccinations with less than 24 hours notice. 10 out of 10, very happy with the care this practice provides my puppy.

I absolutely love this practice. Paul and the team are always so lovely with me and my 3 cats (and my foster kittens when I have some). It’s always super easy to get an appointment and they always manage to fit you in. They offer good advice and don’t try to rip you off, and they go out of their way to help with stuff like prescriptions, insurance claims etc. Couldn’t recommend them enough. I actually drive 10 miles to come here rather than use the vet round the corner, because I like their service so much. Also - they’re open Saturdays and Sundays - which is blooming fabulous!! Thank you Vets for Pets Clifton Moor. Also - the reception staff are always really lovely too.

The Minster Veterinary Practice

Supermarket Arcade, Haxby, York YO32 2LU, UK – 01904 769917

I am surprised at reading the negative review below. In recent years we have lost two dogs both having to be put to sleep. The two vets and the nurses concerned adopted a very caring and compassionate approach towards ourselves and our dogs and this made a difficult emotional time a little easier to bear. At no time was their approach other than totally professional. This practice, with which we have no connection other than being, satisfied clients for 15 years, will be entrusted with healthcare of our new puppy and I know he will be well looked after should the need arise.

This has got much more humane. The Pet Travel Scheme allows pet animals from certain countries to enter the UK without quarantine, as long as they meet certain conditions. The Scheme also means that people in the UK can, having taken their pets to these countries, bring them back without the need for quarantine
