Stayed here for 2 nights with work. Decent sized room, Comfortable beds. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only thing I missed was the fact there was no bacon on for breakfast. I would stay here again. My second visit here, for 5 nights this time and I've updated my review to 5 stars. I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful receptionist. The breakfast has now been improved and upgraded.... they now include bacon in their free breakfast. Overall, very impressed, so yes, I'd most definitely be back
Nicely Quiet we have a ground floor room at the rear. Pleasant staff. Nice variation on breakfast, though i dont like the sausages very dry . Room very clean. Pleasant surroundings. Good clean Toby Carvery with loads to eat next door. We are 2.5 miles from City Centre, well located for most attractions

Quite a nice set up on arrival with a nice beer garden( with bouncy castle!!) excellent for families. Reasonable set up inside with reasonably clean toilets. The lady behind the bar was pleasant and attentive. But unfortunately what lets this establishment down was the high price of drinks. It seems to be when somewhere serves food it drives the drink prices up. But overall this is a nice place to visit.
Absolutely delicious food for a reasonable price. Great atmosphere and lots of parking. Definitely recommend to anyone for looking for pub food of the highest possible quality. Plus they have John Smith’s on tap. Always a bonus. A MUST visit to anyone in the area.

Stayed in Front Street Apartment for weekend. Lovely property, spotlessly clean, furnished to a high standard. Great value and excellent communication throughout with hosts. Highly recommended x
the apartment we stayed in was fabulous, clean, spacious, modern but still managed to keep its old looks, booking was easy the instructions on how to gain access could not have been easier, really well planned. it was me and my girlfriends first trip away and it could not have worked out better. Bravo.

A lovely find, a bit difficult but not impossible to navigate to the first time, but worth it when you do. Cream tea on arrival just what is needed after a long drive. Convenient location for York tourist attractions. Comfy, cosy and quiet.
Really enjoyed our stay here, had everything we wanted so well equipped. Scones on arrival were a lovely touch thank u so much. Will book to come again

The best "Full English" in all Yorkshire. Homemade preserves. Spotlessly clean. Beautifully decorated. Very friendly. Bus connection from centre of Haxby to York. Worth going out of your way for.
The only accomodation in Haxby. A very well-run b&b. Spotlessly clean, great breakfast. Highly recommended.
If you would like something truly different you might like to have a look at Airbnb. These are mostly B and Bs provided by people on a very informal basis. The may have a spare room, a yurt, a cottage or a barge with space they can receive guests for a night or a month! The website is highly professional. You can really see what you are going to get. Very well worth a look. Airbnb also show 'conventional' B&Bs as well. Enjoy!

Good location and easy access although the approach road could do with some repairs to the potholes. The office is on the small side with little supplies but serves its purpose. Only met one warden who was friendly enough.security is via a keyed barrier. One toilet block...didn't use so can't comment but as with most caravan clubs sites expectations are high. Pitches are quite spacious and of course the electric is flawless. The site generally is rather open and bland but we didn't spend too much time in the caravan. Nearby pub serves meals and the nearby park and ride for York is great. All in all it's the location near to York at a great price which is what mattered to us so would highly recommend.
A few years since I had my mare there . Visited a friends new foal and was greeted by Steve . No change there still the same old Steve . A very professional set up
Willow House Caravan Park, Wigginton Road, Wigginton YO32 2RH, UK – 07713 194299
Great little glamping place, excellent for couples and for large groups (like ours) it was perfect. Highlights: super comfy bed, very quiet area, lots of room in the pod for two, lovely veranda and great Communal area with BBQ, for pit and fridges. Lowlight: slightly damp smelling (but clean) shower rooms. (I think a squeegee would be better than a mop) all round great place and would definitely recommend and return!
Fab break away and real nice bed and bedding . Defo be goin back
