A fantastic garden centre full of interesting, lovely plants. There is a cafe, which I didn't frequent, but looked like a good one. It is easily accessible, with a large car park. This is easily one of the best garden centres in York, if not the best. We bought a cheap plant (we were on a strict budget) but even then it was very reasonable.

A very pleasant place to visit. You don't have to be a gardener to enjoy a trip here although they do have excellent plants, garden furniture & gifts. There's also a very good restaurant with an excellent, varied menu. Other good features are smaller sized portions for those who's appetite isn't quite what it was and everything is brought to your table so no struggling with trays of hot food & drinks. All in all well worth a visit.

Recently moved to the area and needed to get a cat flap fitted asap. Tim managed to fit us in the day after we moved in and we now have a happy, free cat. Although it was only a quick job we’d definitely recommend Tim and will be using him again for any other jobs we need doing in the future - he was on time, friendly and job done with no fuss. Thanks Cat Flap Man!
