WOW! These guys really know their stuff. I was beginning to give up getting a mortgage, after talking to my bank and a couple of other brokers, but these guys really sorted out everything for me. They really did an excellent job, one small thing was that the adviser was 20 minutes late on the first appointment (traffic), which annoyed me, but after that everything was superb and more than made up for the initial irritation.
I have just had my first mortgage complete with these guys and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.My circumstances were a little tricky and I really didn't think I would be able to get on the housing ladder but they made it happen for me.Communication was first class,and I just sat back and let them get on with it!

Estate agents had directed us to a couple of previous mortgage advisors and for whatever reason, we just didn’t get the vibe that they were particularly interested in our affairs. Knowing that we were about to make the biggest purchase of our life and had to opt for one of more than 10,000+ products on the market, we knew we needed some guidance. And we finally found it... During numerous phone calls and a face-to-face meeting, Malcolm was superb. Calm, patient and a good listener. He helped us clarify our thoughts in terms of what we needed, gave us some sage advice (inc. cautions!) and along with his excellent colleague, Julie, helped us navigate a very complex situation. He’ll probably hate me for saying this (sorry!) but we are a little younger than Malcolm and his support and guidance was the sort you need from a parent that knows better and will steer you in the right direction. For a couple that work full time, his willingness to talk and meet out of hours was also very helpful. Meanwhile, Julie kept him (and us!) in check, making sure that everything is brought together as needs to be done. This is one mortgage advisor you needn’t be cynical or weary of!
